Hopeworks Community Solutions opened it's doors and heart in 2015, in Pakenham Victoria, and we have built a team that creates a positive contribution to our community.
Hopeworks provides food hampers, meals and clothing to community groups and crisis relief centres, through training young people with valuable job-ready employment skills.
Our structured workplace training includes a life skills mentoring program, to instill a clear set of core values into the youth trainees, to take into their next career or further education steps, which include:

Hopeworks Youth Employment
Hopeworks helps facilitate local youth apprenticeships under the School Based Apprenticeship Trainee (SBAT) programme in collaboration with nationally recognised industry partners and local employers.
Hopeworks Food Hub & Rescue
Hopeworks helps feed our community via partnerships with local supermarkets and growers to provide meals or food hampers from our kitchen, all prepared by our Youth Trainees.
Hopeworks Clothing Recycling
Youth Trainees at Hopeworks recycle clothing and provide emergency clothing to community and relief organisations.

Hopeworks helps guide VCAL students into employment pathways in collaboration with local employers and workplace mentors.
Hopeworks Horticulture
Hopeworks is uniquely positioned to offer Youth Traineeships in Horticulture at Pakenham and Wonthaggi.
Hopeworks Environmental Recycling
Partnering with electronics recyclers, Hopeworks Youth Trainees recover valuable resources from computers, mobile phones, cameras, medical equipment and other electronic devices.
Nessar Rasooli (a Hopeworks graduate and youth ambassador) completed a Certificate II in Warehousing at our Pakenham Warehouse, and now works fulltime in catering and event management.
